Faulty Disk Return

99.9% of all DVD suspected of being defective prove to be fine when tested.

If you are having trouble with getting a disc to install try these steps.

1. Make sure it is a DVD drive not a CD (this has happened more than a few times)

2. Test it on other computers. This is a must.

3. Make a copy of the DVD and install using the copy.

4. Copy the DVD contents over to a hard drive and install from there.

As a last resort you can send the disc back to us.

We'll check it out here to see if it works on systems here.
