Cancellation Policy
Order cancellations are allowed as long as we haven't processed your order or mailed it.
Shipping Policy.
We use a 3rd party shipping service that offeres a variety of shipping options. The most common is first class mail using the United States Postal service. International orders are sent USPS Airmail.
International mail delivery is running about 10-14 days for and is covered in the same price you would pay if you were in the U.S
- No customs forms are required so you won't have to pay additional fees or taxes.
Return Policy.
This is a software product and, like most software products,there are no refunds or returns. All sales are final.
Credit card chargebacks after a product has been received will be criminally prosecuted as theft by credit card.
If a disk is defective, then contact our help desk and we'll contact the plant to have a replacment sent.
Do not return any products without authorization from us (this include returns to the fulfillment service in Brooklyn). Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
