Here is how to Take A Screen Shot on PC

Hit the PrtSc key to capture what is showing on the screen.
You can then paste it into a Wordpad document.
To paste additional screen captures use a carriage return after each image.
Paste as many images into the document as are needed to illustrate the problem you are experiencing. You may need to use several posts to be able to include them since there is a size ceiling on attachments here in the help desk.
You then save the Wordpad document and attach it in your email.
You can also open up the Paint program and paste the image into there and save each image as JPEGs and attach them by clicking the attachment buttons at bottom of your post.

Here is how to Take A Screen Shot on Mac

Go to your Applications>Utilities> folder and launch the Grab application.
This will be used to capture the images appearing on the screen, specific windows, etc.
You can also use the apple("command")/shift/3 keys together to capture the entire screen.
After capturing the images, you will then save them and attach them in by clicking the attachment buttons at bottom of your post.
