Solution Error 1305. Error reading from file

This indicates one of two problems.
1. The drive is having problems reading the disk.
Try the disk in either a different computer or at the very least in a different DVD drive.

2. The disk itself is faulty. If you have tried the disk in a different system and eliminated the drive as the source of the problem then let us know and we'll have the manufacturing plant send you a new disk.
