Solution Error 1305. Error reading from file

This indicates one of two problems.
1. The drive is having problems reading the disk.
Try the disk in either a different computer or at the very least in a different DVD drive.

2. The disk itself is faulty. If you have tried the disk in a different system and eliminated the drive as the source of the problem then let us know and we'll have the manufacturing plant send you a new disk.

I put the disk in my Mac and it tells me it is blank.

503 or other Mail Error message when submitting registration

Mac error is "You cannot open this program because it is from an unknown developer."
