Emails are sent within milliseconds of your completed order.
Be sure to check your spam/junk folders. Sometimes your email provider routes them there instead of your inbox.
Also keep in mind that free email accounts are notorious for non-deliverability. Lately Gmail has been the worst.
You can open a trouble ticket and ask for us to have the email resent, and we'll do that straight away. However if you are still not seeing it then you will want to provide us with a more dependable email address.
Again, check your spam/junk folders first, to be absolutely certain.
