I have not received the key.

Solution

Once you have submitted your registration information and hit submit, your activation code and key is sent automatically to the email address you provided.

Be aware that free accounts such as Yahoo, Gmail or Hotmail are known to have delivery issues and may block, filter or otherwise fail to deliver the email.


First -
have you registered your activation code?
We can't generate a key until we have the code to generate one from.

Second -
If you have registered and have allowed a few minutes for the key to arrive but still have not received the key, then the likely issue here is your email service.

Since there is an link to a downloadable file involved then it is possible that your email setup has filtered or blocked it. Check your spam, junk, trash folders.

Free email accounts are particularly undependable in this regard.
Others like AOL are overprotective and will block attachments.

.edu addresses are notorious for blocking and filtering emails. Avoid using those at all costs.

If you still have not received the key after a bit then you will probably want to resubmit your information using a dependable email address where the key can reliably be sent.

You will also want to "whitelist" any emails coming from us so that this filtering does not happen in the future
(you'll need to check with your email provider or email program to find out how to do that)
